Senior Executive, Category Management and Supply Chain

SENIOR EXECUTIVE, CATEGORY MANAGEMENT AND SUPPLY CHAIN

Reporting to the Senior Manager, E-Commerce Special Projects and for one of our critical project, you will be our main key player for Category Management and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

Category Management (Ecommerce)

Track ecommerce category performance
Execution and implementation of programs per category strategies as defined in budget and strategic planning
Monitor and identify new trends, new brands, merchandising programs and ad-hoc strategies to optimize category growth and performance
Tracking of sales and category reports of assigned brand within team (including brand insights by segments)

Category Management (Ecommerce)

Coordination of commercial agreements with category head
Overall product management
Coordinate and execute the annual brand plan including product launch calendar and sales targets
Ensure a relevant (productive) assortment for each brand in accordance to the set sell out targets for the category

Category Management (Ecommerce)

Coordination and execution of launch plan for assigned brands
Monitor brand performance and configure approaches to increase exposure and awareness

Supply Chain

Understanding of Logistics Operations, including: lead time, inventory requirements, order fulfilment, costs and overall service levels.

Supply Chain

With the eCommerce team, Merchandising and Supply Chain Team to manage new country launches and events, new product launches, activities

Supply Chain

Monitors and reports on cost vs budget
Support the yearly and quarterly cost budget reviews

Supply Chain

Reviews future needs, demands, capacities and capabilities required and feeds into the Logistics team

Project

Work with various stakeholders and establish working relationships to support progress
Support in devising strategic and practical project objectives and action plans
Troubleshoot concerns and questions pertaining to the project and recommend solutions where possible

Project

Create and adhere to practical timelines in accordance with master project schedule

Project

Drive and implement internal processes in alignment with the project

Qualifications

First Category/Brand Management experience as this person might liaise with brands directly
First exposure to Supply Chain. The candidate should be able to describe overall process flows within supply chain which may be quite complex at times.
Excellent ability to multi-task; exceptional planning and analytical skills; proven communication, organizational and written skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment – priorities change quickly
