TITLE: APAC Fulfillment Sr Manager

The key responsibilities:

Provide operational support to Supply Chain Executive Director for daily activities.

Prepare month and quarter revenue numbers for all areas.
Prepare revenue movement update, revenue risk and upside data and update PMO file.
Monitor revenue linearity on a weekly basis and timely find and report problems and taking actions.

Ownership of the APEC fulfillment team, Organizing the team to ensure optimum cover for all activities from pre-order to order receipt, sourcing, delivery, installation plan to invoicing across Banking industry. Inputting to monthly and quarterly sales revenue outlooks and managing the team to ensure 100% compliance to company policies, especially in the area of revenue recognition. Managing the operation through global standard systems, tools and processes. Managing inventory to meet revenues while avoiding excess and aged. Owns region inventory process and resulting actions, drive inventory down and minimize ship not billed. Support region in accurate demand planning. Support advance procurement requirements. Management of roll out schedules and relationship with sales, customer and WCS to ensure timely complete and damage free deployment of solutions with budget and to customer expectations. Point of liaison and escalation on sales process and projects between sales and support organizations such as Accenture and WCS. Ownership and improvement of monthly operation Metrices. Ownership of Quarter team QBR review. Responsible for team expense outlook and keeping expenses to plan. Corporate with warehouse on year-end stock take and action on any difference found. Developing a high performing team of associates who have a good end to end understanding of order fulfillment and a strong end customer focus.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business experience.
Minimum of 10 years of work experience in Supply Chain Management or other related in a fulfillment, operations, project management environment.
Proficient in Excel, Microsoft outlook.
Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously is required.
Fluency in written and spoken in both English and Chinese.
Problem Solving and Analytical Skills.
Team -working abilities within a multicultural environment is a must.
Ability to travel to support projects.
Ability to work with extended hours during peak work times and different time zone.
