Your Key responsibilities:
Leadership role in at least few of the following function: Supply Chain Strategy, Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing Strategy & Operations, Sourcing & Procurement, Logistics & Distribution.
Drive continuous improvement across the Supply Chain Digitalization including the development, planning, and execution of a digital strategy, cost saving initiatives and metrics
Focus on business performance and how digital constantly strives to eliminate waste, improve customer satisfaction and continuous improvement methodologies
Create a Digital roadmap that includes a comprehensive analysis and prioritization of key opportunities for SCM
Skills And Attributes For Success
Tactical and process oriented problem solving
Strong professional experience in Procurement functions or Supply Chain functions
To qualify for the role you must have:
Experience in leading and deliver end to end supply chain CI projects including measure, monitor, and improve performance related to cost reduction, material savings, and inventory optimization
Experience in leading team members on activities such as as-is process and maturity assessment, technology evaluation, opportunity identification, business case and roadmap creation and implementation of recommendations
Knowledge of Supply Chain Digital solutions like Blue Yonder, O9, OMP, SAP etc. are differentiating
Ideally, you’ll also have
Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Experience working for a top tier Consulting firm, Big Four or Industry experience with a strong focus on business improvement
