About This Role
He / She oversees the organization’s processes, quality and continuous improvements topics. This job position is not including the HSE activities. This position ensures policies to target excellence through continuous improvements are applied. This position requires a strong capability to work in an international environment, within a matrixed organization and in strong collaboration within all the team members. This position must maintain the highest level of integrity.
Responsible of Continuous improvement aspects:
Ensure the deviations (Irregularities, Claims & Complaints) are well identified and qualified by the operations.
Identify and implement potential improvements & opportunities at operational level and customer level.
Ensure follow up of ongoing continuous improvement actions
Initiate programs to develop lean operations skills within training, tools …
Lead Continuous Improvement workshops for assigned areas.
Develop key metrics/initiatives to monitor and capture non added value tasks, deviation from standard process…
Coordinate and communicate best practices communication/ implementation
Responsible of quality topics:
Support and ensure the updates of operational document (Invoicing, SOP, QAP, …)
Ensure well awareness and applying of the PRM Core Process and Customer process
Apply and update the Quality assurance plan for our customer
Support for the 3PL audits
Escalation point for quality and management system topics
Ensure alignment of quality community methodology and processes (N/C, 3PL audit, lean tool…)
Application of PRISM management system:
Support for PRISM ISO 9001 audit coordination and application
Ensure all risks and N/C are under control.
Lead ISO 9001 certification audit for the RUN process
Support PRISM Core team:
Support on PRISM management System application and updating
Launch or follow-up RSE initiatives
Coordinate with Bolloré logistics environment (Tools, Best practices, Support functions…)
For this position, the candidate should have strong skills in international and multi-cultural team management, with a quality background, whilst showing a track record in remote management. In addition, the candidate must demonstrate:
Excellent presentation and communication skills (English is mandatory, another language an asset)
Service minded personality and customer facing experience.
Operational excellence and result oriented
Well organized & structured mindset
Good team leadership skills
Good knowledge of MS Office
Proven track record in a similar role, including team coordination leadership in an international environment.
Experience in management system implementation or maintenance
Problem solving and continuous improvements experiences
Master’s degree: Business or Supply Chain diploma, Quality degree.
Knowledge in overland, Air and Sea transportation is a plus.
BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus
Green belt certification is a plus
