About This Team

Global Fulfillment (GF) is responsible for all physical product movements from the shipping dock of factories to our store or guests, including distribution, logistics, trade compliance and engineering. The team completes this objective while scaling for growth and achieving targeted performance, including service, costs and employee safety.

The Global Fulfillment Program Management Office (PMO) oversees all strategic initiative projects and programs, and key non-strategic initiatives. The team is responsible for planning, support, standardization, and oversight of the entire Global Fulfillment Portfolio, with the ultimate directive to complete initiatives on time and on budget. The PMO is the central support hub for the Infrastructure, International, Logistics, Engineering, and Technology project teams withing the Global Fulfillment domain.

A Day In The Life

Manage one or multiple concurrent projects within the Global Fulfillment Distribution portfolio and partner with PMO leadership and Distribution Leadership to build detailed project plans, facilitate charter creation, including integration touchpoints, dependencies, and sequencing
Monitor program and project performance against plan as measured by milestones, KPIs, and supporting metrics
Actively manage, and provide line-of-sight to PMO and functional leadership to issues, risks, and required decisions across the program scope and component workstreams
Maintain consolidated resource and timeline views across the program
Manage the tracking of program budget, change requests, and intake management
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities to drive productivity, reduce costs, better leverage resources, and increase operational efficiency
Work with internal stakeholders to create project charters (scope, objectives, cost, benefits, resourcing, risks) and workplans
Build and efficiently communicate program status

Qualifications

Education

B.A./B.S. in Business, Engineering, or technical area required
MBA or other Master’s degree preferred

Experience

Minimum of 4-6 years’ experience in consulting, project management, program management, or a similar field
Established history of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in Project Management and Consumer Supply Chain Operations preferred.
Experience with managing project budgets

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products
Proficient in Microsoft Project

Written and verbal communication skills
Cost control and budgeting skills

PMP or other project and program related certifications a plus
