MAIN TASKS
Manage procurement and forecast planning
Establish and monitor key performance matrix on order fulfillment lead time, forecast accuracy, cost reduction, optimum inventory management, etc.
Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
Support in general reporting for sales and procurement related reports and budget submission
Handle and manage the daily operation efficiently to ensure timely fulfilment of deliveries
Interface with all key stakeholders from other department to understand requirements changing and plan the execution of logistics support
PROFILE
Supply chain with excellent leadership, communication and presentation skill, having managed a sizeable team
Minimum 6-8 years of experience
Familiar with letter of credit
Proficient in SAP, MS excel (pivot tables, VLookup etc)
English and mandarin proficiency
High understanding of local culture n a high diverse environment. Excellent problem solving skills and leadership qualities. Able to work in a fast-paced distribution environment.
