ExxonMobil Limited (EML) – one of the largest Global Business Center (Bangkok GBC) in ExxonMobil Global Business Centers network that provides supporting services to ExxonMobil affiliates around the world. Their services include corporate financial, tax and credit, information technology, customer services for fuels, lubricant and chemicals, procurement and payables, human resources and commercial operations for fuels and lubricant.
What role you will play in our team
Supports a suite of applications/systems for supply chain and product management capabilities. This includes prioritizing work intake, writing user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog refinement, controls custodianship.
What you will do
Product Owners defines user stories, acceptance criteria, breaks down work and guides priority for increments of value delivery
Single point of contact for system inquiries, work intake, issue resolution
Acts as a Business System Custodian for system controls and risks
Coordinates user acceptance testing and delivery validation
Collaborates with business process stakeholders to align user needs with tactical roadmaps, managing break-in work, dependencies across teams
We are looking for someone who has the following qualifications:
Skills And Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree – Supply Chain Management or Information Technology
Fluency in English: TOEIC 800+, TOEFL iBT 98+, or IELTS 6.5+
Experience in Digital/IT with minimum 7 years
Ideally working in Agile environments : Understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning, Warehouse Management, Manufacturing and Product Lifecycle Management
Experience with SAP suite of products (ERP-S/4HANA, PLM, etc.), Robotic Process Automation Certifications a plus
Leadership experience : Needs to understand how to drive teams
Exposure to Business processes in Supply Chain Management and Product Management desired
Interested in long-term career : Open to changing assignments
Have flexible working hour with global teams. Some night calls will be required
