The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description

Setup & maintain incident reporting process across all functions (prioritizing areas with legal risks, eg: labor raids, vehicle summons, accidents, fires, drug uses & etc.)
Subsequently extend to also include operational incidents (eg. ASM breakdown, theft cases, flooding & etc.)
Track & monitor progress of incident resolution
Coordinate with relevant functions and stakeholders to ensure closure and resolution of incidents
Identify areas of high risk and assist in developing proper SOP in mitigating risk issues


Bachelor’s Degree and above
At least 3 years of relevant experience in risk management / compliance / audit / big 4 advisory
Great communication skills and be able to work with different stakeholders
Strong analytical / problem-solving skills and attention to details
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment
