The Role

In charge of Demand Planning, Supply planning and CS team for the Travel Retail Division to ensure sales forecasts accuracy on finished goods and to manage forecast consistency based on business requirements.

Reports to: Senior Supply Chain Manager

What will you do:

Define sales forecast by reviewing historical trend, understand the demand driver/ business requirement to apply the most appropriate statistical model, in collaboration with other stakeholders in Marketing, Sales and Finance on a regular basis
Evaluate KPI results on Forecast Accuracy and Bias through root cause analysis, define potential risk and corresponding action plan in collaboration with Sales & Marketing
Drive Monthly S&OP meetings, focus on sales trend insights, share sales forecast by building blocks, sell-in sell-out and KPI results review to identify possible risks & opportunities
Manage the forecast within Product Lifecycle, from product launch to discontinuation, review the cannibalization impact to the catalogue to minimize excess and obsoletes stock in long run
Manage stock level in accordance with the target, implement action plans on short residual shelf-life, excess and obsolete stocks on regular basis to minimize our liability
Collaborate with Central inventory planning & logistics team to resolve issues related to supply constraints
Lead Customer Service team by monitoring the order portfolio and to ensure a smooth operation, from order processing to freight out arrangement to our TR & B2B customers
Review the overall supply chain cost for Travel Retail & B2B together with Finance, participate in Freight out/ Outbound deliveries budget preparations
Oversee TR kit production planning and packaging procurement prepared by Supply Planner to ensure that we reach both the availability and service level target at all time
Manage his/ her team by offering coaching, provide support to their day-to-day operations, as well as giving constructive feedback on a regular basis

What are we looking for:

Degree holder in Supply Chain Management or business-related disciplines
At least 8 years solid experiences in demand planning/forecasting, preferably in Beauty or FMCG industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong team management experience
Detail-oriented, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, SAP, knowledge in FuturMaster is a plus
Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must
