The Role:

APAC is set for a Charlotte Tilbury “takeover” with a new head office and warehouse to open in Hong Kong in Feb 2018 and two Beauty counters to open in Lane Crawford in April 2018. Ever since, we have expanded rapidly across the APAC region in Hong Kong, Macau, China, Singapore, Thailand, Cambodia, India, and South Korea and continue to have very ambitious growth plans in new markets for 2022 and beyond.

Senior Supply Chain Manager APAC is a new leadership position to work hand-in-hand with internal and external stakeholders supporting the rapid growth in business. Responsible for keeping track of logistics, inventory level, analyse operational performance, process management and resolve issues by building long term solution across.

We are looking for someone is an excellent communicator and business relationship builder, who is willing to roll up their sleeves and get stuck into operational details but can also work strategically to overcome and address long-term challenges in a fast-grow business.

Role Accountabilities

Support Regional leadership to define and implement supply chain / logistics strategy and objectives.
Lead regional supply chain department and overseas operations and logistics activities.
Develop and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including vendors and clients to ensure comprehensive understanding of the business and operational needs.
Ensure the proper process and scenarios evaluation takes place to support monthly S&OP cycle.
Analyse capacity of 3PL for daily operations and develop strategy to leverage the resource for maximising service level, cost and quality.
Work together with Global business owners to ensure proper reports, system and process knowledge is available and work on continuous improvement.
Train, motivate and proactively lead a team of supply chain members across region.
Oversee operational and project KPIs via performance management unit.
Contribute to the development and distribution of project reports and other communication as required.
Provide regular progress and status report to Supply Chain Leadership in region and global.
Support / Lead supply chain initiatives as required.

Requirements

Key Selection Criteria:

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain / logistics, or other related field preferred.
At least 7+ years of diversified experience in supply chain management role, with regional aspect in multinational environments is a plus.
Strong leadership and proven ability to coach, direct, train and manage a team +10.
Able to manage multiple priorities within deadline and prioritise effectively.
Excellent in both written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Solution oriented with high sense of quality, attention to detail, accuracy, efficiency against deadlines and ability to address anomalies quickly.
Experience with an ERP, OMS, WMS and POS system is a must, someone IT savvy who is able to bring experience of improved information sharing.
Strong Team player, an entrepreneurial flair, real commerciality, great relationship building abilities and customer relationships.
Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required.
