Position Purpose

Manage the Supply Chain Management team covering Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan and to guide the with structuring, originating and implementation of Supply Chain Management transactions in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities:

Manage the team Supply Chain Management (“SCM”) specialists covering Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Guiding the SCM Greater China team with structuring, monitoring and origination of Supply Chain deals across Greater China.
Driving cross-selling of other TB products when possible.
Management of the SCM Greater China portfolio, driving growth and profitability.
Endeavour to ensure the quality of the portfolio remains sound and healthy.
Train and mentor members of the SCM Greater China team, cultivate team spirit and lead by example.
Reviewing of transaction memos, legal documentation, marketing material.
Participating in credit committees.
Overseeing the implementation process of facilities.
Direct contribution to BNPP operational permanent control framework.
Contribute to the implementation of operational permanent control policies and procedures in day-to-day business activities, such as Control Plan
Comply with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines
Contribute to the reporting of all incidents according to the Incident Management System.
Ensure audit recommendations are resolved within the specific timeline.

Contributing Responsibilities

Contribute to the materialization of new opportunities and to reach the APAC Supply Chain Management budget targets
Contribute to launching of new products.
Contribute to BNPP’s ambitions in terms of Sustainable Financing, Fintech initiatives, through design and marketing of specific SCM products (Sustainable Supplier Financing, etc.).
Engage multiple stakeholders internally and externally (where required) for approvals, implementation of the products / deals.
Environment scanning, tracking competition offerings and aligning our product suite (wherever required).

Technical And Behavioural Competencies / Specific Qualifications (if Required)

Technical:

Experience in management of successful and efficient team.
Sales and structuring experience in the marketing of structured SCM solutions to clients
Product/Domain Knowledge (including general banking laws, rules & regulations)
Risk awareness and analysis
Business Awareness and Market Information
